Someone once said that it takes a village to raise a child, at Madison First we agree. Children are our most valuable resource and it takes many volunteers and activities to nurture and develop children to their fullest potential.
Girl Scouts - Troop 1030 meets on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month from 12:30 - 2:30pm. Our troop is now accepting girls in grades 1-3 as Brownies. We still have 4-6 grade Juniors and 7-9 grade Cadettes. If you know someone in any of these age groups that would like to join Girl Scouts at our church, please contact the church office at 615.868.9370 and leave a message for Miss Wanda for more info.
Bible Road International Sundays, 8:45AM - 9:45AM. A new and exciting way to experience Sunday School (kids style).
Childrens Church Sundays, 10:00AM - 11:15AM. A church service just for kids. Eat snacks, listen to music, learn a cool Bible story, and maybe play some Ping Pong or Air Hockey.
Crossroads(Walk in the Light) Wednesdays, 6:20PM - 7:30PM, 5th and 6th Graders. A time to fellowship with friends.Listen to music, talk about the weeks events, and experience a time of serious spiritual devotion and Bible study.
DJ (Disciples for Jesus) Wednesdays, 6:30PM - 7:30PM, 1st - 4h Graders. Listen and dance to music, learn a cool Bible story, and do Arts and Crafts.
Bible Drill January - April, 4th - 6th Graders.?? Learn and memory Bible verses, learn the Books of the Bible, and study key passages. Compete in various drills and fellowship with other churches.
